The O-polysaccharide (O-antigen) of Stutzerimonas chloritidismutans NP21570 isolated from deep saline aquifer (1570 m) near Dimitrovgrad, Russian Federation, was studied by chemical methods, including component analyses, along with 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and NMR-based structure matching. The following structure of linear disaccharide repeating O-unit, containing two O-acetyl groups, one of them is about 40%, another one is 60%, was established:
